HFHC is an FQHC committed to meeting the diverse healthcare needs of our community.  

We provide roughly 12,000 encounters annually to a broad cross-section of the community, including low-income patients, migrant farm workers, seasonal and year-round residents.  

The health center is also an affiliate of Tufts University Dental School, University of New England, Husson University, Washington County Community College, Beal University, and the University of Maine, serving as a teaching site for students.  

At HFHC, our goal is to put the patient at the center of their care team. We work to coordinate and provide comprehensive and personalized care to all patients. We provide respectful and individualized care.
